Before joining CapStar, he worked as Senior Vice President of Business Development for First Horizon Bank's Correspondent Services division since 2014, where he served financial institutions in the Gulf States, Arkansas, and Texas. Previously, Chuck worked in business development for First National Bankers Bank and Silverton Bank throughout the Mid-South.

With 25 years of banking experience, Mike began his career at Bank of America in Charlotte, NC, where he worked for twelve years serving in a number of areas including the mortgage and treasury services divisions. Subsequently, he returned home to Tri-Cities, TN serving as a Commercial Relationship Manager at Regions and TriSummit Bank. He also served as the Tri-Cities Market Executive for First Citizens and Chief Banking Officer for Highlands Union Bank.
As East Tennessee Market President, Mike oversees CapStar's Athens, Cleveland/Chattanooga and Knoxville markets, in addition to the Correspondent Banking division.
