CapStar Bill Pay will continue to give you the flexibility of scheduling and making payments through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
BEFORE USING BILL PAY, YOU WILL NEED TO ESTABLISH YOUR ONLINE BANKING LOG-IN CREDENTIALS AT CAPSTARBANK.COM AND/OR DOWNLOAD THE CAPSTAR POCKET PASSPORT MOBILE APP FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE APP STORE.
Your existing payees to companies and banks should still appear. Please review your payees for completeness and accuracy. You will need to re-establish any recurring payment amounts and dates.
If you have payees to a person(s), these payees will not convert to Bill Pay and will need to be set up under People Pay contacts beginning April 8, 2019.
Any payments you had scheduled after April 5, 2019 will not convert and will need to re-established.
