Investor Meetings Announced
Nashville is recognized around the world as a hub for healthcare and entertainment. However, few people realize our city also has deep roots in banking, which date back to 1883 when the predecessor to First American National Bank opened its first office.
Like many other banks that got their start in Nashville, First American took time to get to know its customers and invest in the community, helping to make our city what it is today. Nearly 125 years later, CapStar Bank (in organization) is proud to continue this tradition of community involvement, integrity and vision.
Together with our seasoned management team and a strong group of local investors that includes Earl Bentz, Denny Bottorff, Greg Daily, Julie Frist, Jay Turner and Toby Wilt, I am pleased to report the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions recently authorized CapStar Bank(in organization) to contact potential subscribers.
Interested potential investors are invited to participate in small group meeting to discuss business plans where we will discuss our business plans and distribute the offering circular and subscription agreement. These meetings will be held at the office of Avondale Partners located at 3100 West End Avenue in Suite 750 on the following dates:
