Customer Service Representative - Commercial (Downtown Nashville)
The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to ensure that the needs of the bank’s commercial customers are being met in a professional, customer service oriented manner. CSR is the in-office focal point of a service/sales delivery team that delivers exemplary service to all the bank’s clients.
Mortgage Post Closer (Green Hills)
Handles the loan after it closes and coordinates the sale to investors. Reviews closed documents, ships Note to warehouse provider. Submits documents to investor for loan purchase. Manages pipeline of closed loans and files closed loans. Scans closed file into server. Collects purchase advice from investor at sale.
Sr. Credit Underwriter (Downtown Nashville)
Supports relationship managers and Senior Credit Officer by providing credit analysis, risk assessment and underwriting of both new and existing credit commitments to customers of the bank. Also conducts credit servicing (monitoring and review of periodic financial statements, covenant compliance certificates, etc.) on existing customer relationships.
Sr. Personal Banker (Green Hills)
Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Provide premier and specialized client service to attract and retain customers. Requires an in-depth knowledge of all CapStar products, policies, and procedures and is able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Sr. Relationship Manager - Business Banking (Downtown Nashville)
The Relationship Manager’s primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service by providing clients with a wide array of commercial credit and treasury management products while meeting revenue and expense objectives of his or her position. Development and retention of new or existing commercial business and daily oversight and management of the lending and treasury management activities of their assigned portfolio is their primary role.
Treasury Management Sales Officer (Downtown Nashville)
The Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMO) is responsible for selling treasury management solutions that meet the needs of new and existing commercial customers by using a professional and consultative approach. To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability, this position is expected to stay abreast of current products, policies, technology, industry trends and pricing. The TMO is the primary driver of helping the bank meet or exceed annual treasury management revenue goals.
