Executive Assistant (Downtown Nashville)

Performs administratve duties for executive(s).  Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.  Coordinate conference calls, meeting, events and project work.

 

Mortgage Post Closer (Green Hills)

Handles the loan after it closes and coordinates the sale to investors.  Reviews closed documents, ships Note to warehouse provider.  Submits documents to investor for loan purchase.  Manages pipeline of closed loans and files closed loans.  Scans closed file into server.  Collects purchase advice from investor at sale.

 

Personal Banker (Gallatin)

Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Provide premier and specialized client service to attract and retain customers. Ability to service daily transactions, address and resolve client inquiries.

 

Senior Credit Underwriter (Downtown Nashville)

Supports relationship managers and Senior Credit Officer by providing credit analyses, risk assessment and underwriting of both new and existing credit commitments to customers of the bank.  Also conducts credit servicing (monitoring and review of periodic financial statements, covenant compliance certificates, etc.) on existing customer relationships. 

 

Sr. Personal Banker (Green Hills)

Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Provide premier and specialized client service to attract and retain customers. Requires an in-depth knowledge of all CapStar products, policies, and procedures and is able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. 

 

Sr. Relationship Manager - Business Banking (Downtown Nashville)

The Relationship Manager’s primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer service by providing clients with a wide array of commercial credit and treasury management products while meeting revenue and expense objectives of his or her position.  Development and retention of new or existing commercial business and daily oversight and management of the lending and treasury management activities of their assigned portfolio is their primary role.
