Rob Anderson

   Chief Financial Officer

 Rob Anderson is CapStar’s Chief Financial Officer.Anderson brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the financial sector to CapStar, including stints at Bank of America Corporation and Capital One. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Business Performance Management with Bank of America Corporation where he developed strategies to achieve an efficient cost structure and platform for future growth.  Additionally, he held multiple Finance roles with Bank of America, including serving as CFO of the Business Banking segment. He also served as CFO for Capital One’s Commercial Bank, which has $2 billion in annual revenues. 

 A native of Warren, Ohio, Anderson earned a joint B.S./B.A. degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pepperdine University. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business executive education series and is a Certified Public Accountant.
